TENS

For the last week or so, I have been having horrible pains in my neck and shoulders, so I am now sitting here trying out my new TENS machine. I'm hoping that these weird feelings are going to help! I'll let you know how I get on. But if you see me around later, and I'm vibrating gently, you'll know why - lol!

That's where my fibro manifests itself the worst in my neck and shoulders, hence my trigger point injections, I really hope the tens machine works for you, I did wonder why you were vibrating , but being a Lady I was far too polite and easily shocked to ask

Please let us know how you get on with your TENS machine. Like VG I have horrible pains in neck & shoulders, so will be very interested to know if this works. I have been trying out one of those heated collar things, but it makes me too hot

Ive never used my tens on my neck, only back, hips & knees (& period pains too.)

I would be a raving loony if I couldn't get a bit of relieve from tens.

Hope you and your new toy are very happy together.

Apparently you are not suppose to drive with one on.

I am much more of a danger when I am not vibrating.
