will i lose my DLA if i am no longer on incapacity benefit

if u lose your appeal for ESA will you lose your DLA as well. had a medical for ESA and passed it but stress of system has made the panic and ansxiety attack increase made me a prisoner in my home now..

No they are two totally different things. You can claim DLA if you are working .

They are 2 separate benefits as VG said.

i had DLA when i was at work, long before i applied for incapacity benefit / now ESA, so you can continue with DLA unless your circumstances have changed and you are now better!!!!! xxx
