Since they joined the FibroAction team, our new Operations Director Catherine and our Administrator Emma have been working hard to help make sure that FibroAction has proper policies in place, as you would expect of a national charity.
Hopefully none of you will ever need it, but I'm delighted to say that the FibroAction Complaints Policy has now been published on the FibroAction Website. This policy sets out exactly how complaints from members of the public are handled.
