Dla home visit medical what is it like?

I have recived letter saying atos are going to visit me at home on the 5th in the morning. Has any1 else had a home visit and what are they like? xxx

Have heard about these visits they look at your home check things like medicine being in reach and any other things you need to help you ie if you have an inhaler and it is on a shelf out of reach covered in dust ! so be prepared have all you need ready be prepared to let them know you use what you need to help you ! Thanks for that i cant have any meds about as i have a 2yr old son, My partner does it all for me makes sure it get it day and night. xx

Don't worry have your partner there for back up they just try to snoop and catch people out me its arthritis need one full new knee and a partial one yet they say I can walk 200mtrs lol anyway do let me know how you get on fingers crossed xx

they check how ur disablility affects you in your home, looking out to see if you live as a disabled person, i e stick near your use, where the toilet is, how u get to it, also, how u bathe and how u need help to dress ect, if you have any aids you use, keep them out, hope this helps x
