light box anyone??

at the beginning of dec, i picked up the norovirus, and have not been the same since. sore throats, colds, fatigue, IBS, depression, etc. i have just ordered a lightbox to try, as i am generally most poorly in the winter. has anyone else tried one??

Yes a lightbox was part of my wellness regime pre shingles when my nervouse system was blown appart. I also used a sunbed regularly every 3 weeks or so which helped me greatly. Thanks for the reminder, Its coming back outta the box as i had forgotten about it!

My daughter was given one for Christmas by a thoughtful hubby and we all benefitted from its amazing light it certainly helps her and my mood was more up beat too do try one it is the only way we will get the right sort of light certainly the sun does not help Good luck let us know how it goes.
