Cake would also be good oh I do love food yes I am a foodie. This blogger has Fibro amongst other things and finds that humor helps me cope!

On a serious note one square of dark chocolate a day is said to help with pain.. I bought a small bar had my square for the day,,, then carried on... I felt so much better
