well I went to the xmas do. Kept up with my painkillers all day. Only had two glasses of wine and took my stick (which some horrid person kicked from under me but that's another story) anyway, this morning I woke up feeling like I'd been hit by a truck. I don't think there's a joint in my body that doesn't hurt. I shuffled downstairs, made a coffee, had some breakfast and took my pain meds then shuffled back upstairs and emailed work. I will be WFH today as not moving much further than the bathroom and back I hate this syndrome sometimes.
