Been going to the gym to try and strengthen my muscles and basically tone up. Been managing 2 hours albeit a very slow 2 hours. Went last Sunday then decided to go on Monday too but it was a no go and I had to give up after 45 minutes! I was so tired, in a lot of pain despite pain killers and my emotions were all over the place. Normally I can be quick witted but small things were offending me and reducing me to tears. I'm not giving up the gym, just going to be a bit more sensible about it.
