Sleepness night = Painful day :0(

After being up most of the night (arguing) and not really sleeping much at all, I am in for a very painful day..already I feel like I have run a marathon! Even my eyes don't want to focus! Just another day...

Hello,i know exactly how you feet,but after a lot of sleepless nights,i became very depressed,and after a long fight with my gp,she gave in and is now giving me sleeping tablets.I know this is not for eveyone,and i still only get a few hrs sleep.But i find that is better than no sleep.I don't take them every night. jst alternative nights. But I'm so grateful jst even to hve a couple of hrs pain free. so a big soft hug.take care n i hope u find something that wrks for you

Thanks for your comment...I'm on amitryptiline(never sure of the spelling!) but have come away to work for 3 weeks but for some reason I ony brought enough for 2 weeks instead of 3! Fibro fog no doubt...I thought it would be fruitless for it to work last night so decided to skip it at cost! Normally they do help..I do confess to taking them every night though not a high dose at all..thankful for the painkillers which have given me some respite in the pain! I still can't sleep on the one side but that's no biggie...there are a lot more who are worse than me so shouldn't really complain!
