can i asked to be re examined before my tribunal case

my esa claim is going up to the tribunal board.....as i do not believe the atos doctor examined me right plus the fact things have got much worse than they were 2 years ago do i have the right to be asked to re examined before the hearing x

I felt my examination(s) were a farce anyway - laughable and ridiculous if it were not so serious. I have an ESA Tribunal coming up soon and the focus is on my own medical submissions to counteract and contradict the ATOS practiioners report - . My condition has deteriorated too and I won a previous ESA Appeal 2 years ago only to have to face another - even though my GP had written about the deterioration..... I do not know if you have the right to be examined again - I wouldn't bother and suggest you get your own good medical support instead.

You are entitled to a copy of the Dr's report ... Get it as soon as possible ... Then go through it with a fine tooth-comb ... read his statement and then the way he has answered the questions on the form ... Pick out every single thing that contradicts with what is in the statement. Write them all out and number them ...

All the benefits and appeals etc ... Have to go on how you were when you filled out the forms, if it takes a long time to go through then you still have to go with how you were and then you have to inform the powers that be that something has changed and refill all the forms out as a deterioration is a change in circumstances, which you have to inform them about.

hi,i have just had an opology from atos! following my complaint against them,they admited there was indeed discrepancies!!! so it is worth fighting them...i had a 23 A4 paper with all their false claims...i have found out that the atos doctors have "drop down" boxes so whatever you say if there is no box with your answer they choose the closest!!.......I could rant all day,i took them on and they had to listen,atos have even had to tell DWP they made mistakes in their report,i spoke with DWP today,and they said they could over turn their decision before i have to go to my second tribunal on friday..so we will see come friday..i will keep you all posted xxx
