Yeeeeeeeeh At last gone from LR care for 16 years to HR care and mobility, without medical.

In September I was awarded LR care which I have had for 16 yrs anyway, after putting in a change of circumstance claim in June. I was determined not to give in this time so I asked for a re-consideration and was told it would be another 11 week wait but today I received a letter with High rate of both, its for 2 years only but I feel acknowledged at last.

Just wanted to tell you who are struggling don't give up.....xx

I think I will be unable to move anything before I'm awarded Dla.I've been refused twice now.They keep saying that i can do the things that I said I couldn't do! What do they actually give high rate mobility for?

Hi there, Apparently the law says you have to unable or virtually unable to walk. That's what I was told at my tribunal. You'll need lots of medical evidence and I was turned down twice before I went to tribunal this week.
