Has anyone heard of or tried Rolf Therapy?

I have just read about Rolf Therapy that is supposed to help Stress, back, neck and shoulder pain. Just wondering if anyone has tried it and if it helped them. :)

Hmm the only one of heard of is the one where you paint and ask "can you see what it is yet?"

Or is that Rolf Harris theraphy?

Rolfing is pretty physical I believe. If you want to know more about it you can contact a man called Gil Headley. He used to Rolf people.....he is American. Google him

As I understand it, it is a form of myofascial release. Myofascial release can help some people with Fibro as many people with Fibro also have Myofascial Pain. However, there are many different techniques and someone with Fibro is likely to need a practitioner skilled enough to adapt their techniques to be more gentle than usual.
