this has only started this week. shakey hands feeling dissy and pain in the trunk of me .

I ok with shaky hands but the trunk and vertigo feeling is not nice mine goes from neck down... Not new symptoms to me though, my hands only shaky with something in my hands holding xxxx

today its in my neck shoulders arms and hands. its tingly squessing pain have osteo artheritus in right knee. thanks for repiying

Sounds like you would be best to check with your doctors as it may or may not be connected with fibro. We all tend to react differently.

I've had shaky hands along with anxiety & depression, to name but a few!

Long story, but turns out I have Graves disease, ridiculously over active thyroid, causing all the above & resting heartbeat of 108!

Just started second week of tablets, no difference yet, but al least I know I'm not going nuts.........................................................................(.Went nuts a long time ago!)

Ask Dr to check yours, you never know. Good luck!

Just a thought....are you still drinking caffiene and/or aspartame. Drinking then gave me shakes and pain. Or are you struggling with low blood sugar. I sorted that by having ready brek with non dairy milk before going out.u

Well worth getting checked for an inner ear infection....but be prepared for them to say, it's just fibro. Go home and rest agghhh. That's why I don't go to Gp's any more.
