is it the time of year and the weather that is making me feel sore allover...

I seem to be feeling very sore & tight in my joints, with the feeling they are all puffed up & am tender.....is it a flair up & i am not accepting it.

I don't want to take extra tablets as it is like taking a tube of smarties every day.

The damp air really effects me, so could be the change in weather. I've noticed my pain has increased and the swollen feeling in my joints already after 2 days of autumn arriving! Could just as easily be a coincidence though.

Thanks bbfreak for your response, i was thinking the same as you about the time of year.

Will have a chat with my Dr to see if he thinks the same or are my meds playing up, who knkws, take care hugs M xx.
