The para lypians set off on their ten days of competition yesterday. We must not cry for them they are strong fit and happy to be able to compete at what is a very high level. So we should watch and applaud with the same joy they showed last night ! Yes they can achieve their goals.!
I am humbled never the less I wish I could run like some of them but I can smile 
in the face of adversity.!
