ear plugs max strength

I'm going to spend a short break with a friend who snores very loudly. Any one found any ear plugs that would help? thanks, sandra

Go into superdrug or savers i use the all the time as since ive had fibro i feel my hearing is more sensitive, good luck paula xx

You need the memory foam ones - try boots

Hi, i can recommend the wax earplugs from boots or lloyds pharmacy, my hubby works night and he uses them so he is not disturbed by noise while he sleeps, he has tries every type abd the wax are the best, they stay in place and dont pop out like the foam ones, hope this helps, Amanda x

I use cotton wool I have found this works best for me and is cheap and cheerful xx
