my shoulder blade isa still no better today. ive only just been able to move pain free, but here it comes again. so im going back to bed peeps. speak again soon. xx

ouch. pain is un bearable sometimes. x
I get severe muscle pain/ spasms in my shoulder blade it is horrendous and lasts ages hope it eases for u soon xx
