when my legs are hurting ,with the obvious painkillers ,i have a hot bath and massage them with a suger scrub ,it makes the feel a bit better for while ,i found a lovely one made by fcuk it smells lovely :) i use a suger scrub as it dissolves , cause i dont like the gritty ones as they stay in the water getting into your never regions lol .

hope you feel better soon xxx

I also have RLS and find magnesium oil can help, not expensive and easily available in health shops and some chemists, worth a try. I do sympathise, it does hurt so, I had to stop my hydro, couldnt get it right, my instructor said I was an over achiever! Cazx

thank you

Hi Jan, I take Methocarbamol tablets when my legs drive me up the wall. I get tingly, red hot shooting pains, creepy crawly feelings in my legs. It gets to a certain level that I can't manage and that's when I take two 750mg tablets and usually within one hour, the awful feelings and sensations have died down to a level I can handle. I don't take these tablets every day, only when it's a 10/10 pain. These tablets were prescribed to me by my Consultant and I get repeat prescriptions from my GP. Hope this helps. :) :)
