YOU WOULD THINK BOREDOM WOULD SEND YOU TO SLEEP

If your like mre and end up tossing and turning all night with th tv on you would think the rubbish they have on would send you to sleep but oh no my body refuses to give in to the boring programmes that are on and insist i watch them lol never mind love diddle xxx

ear plugs i need total silence and then that does not always work lol

and the boring one routine bed time and wake time but if in pain and fatigued then a rest and maybe sleep in the day

hi diddle, I am finding that the sound of the computer I use can send me right off to sleep, (especially after my usual lousy night!) My husband came into the bedroom the other morning to get ready for work and found me sound asleep with it on my lap! Even when he spoke I did not move! perhaps I should record it and listen to it at night! best wishes Caz

A sad clock does it for me! It sets over half an hour and while the light gently fades, I have a relaxation tape on, very quietly. And I always wake up so refreshed if I use it in the morning. I've had mine for over 12 years and I wouldn't live without it now - best buy ever!!
