YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR AN APEAL WITHIN A MONTH . GOOD LUCK NOT MANY GET IN SUPPORT GROUP XX
You can ask for a reconcideration at any time, I did and on my second time of asking I was moved into the support group , gud luck, Hilly xx
