Hello everybody, I am on income support and incapacity benefits. I have been threatened forced butchered to pay money, anywhere I go for help and treatment. 1)warm front 2)dentists 3)opticians 4)BG

All the complaint procedures are twisted trapped manipulated, ambushed to cower up to protect those people. and cheat on money!

Warm front , told me to pay £480.00 after they kept me waiting 12 months. they canceled my appl. when I refused.

British Gas damaged my warm air gas central heating in front of my eyes and asked me to pay £800.00. to repair. they left me in freezing cold -4 degrees.

I went to see dentist for only small filling, I was forced threatened in a horrific way to pay with twisted lies £100.00 each time . they force on money after signing forms which is completely free for the people who are on income support. Dentist damaged all my healthy teeth and gum at the last appointment, I refused to pay money. (they would do the same even if I paid money.) NHS. DOH, DPB all twisted to cower up my complaints.

I am only asking , is that because those people are making donations to the winning parties, to be backed. are the Ministers robbing us!

Because of the criminal problems experiences I had with those people makes me feel that;

Aggressive mony thirst crminal prediators to survive only like in the jungle.

i dont understand, i get free dental treatment and free eye tests etc, my husband and i receive pension credit , its called someting pension credit but i cant remember the full name but you give the dentist or opticion or whoever a copy of the letter from the dwp, saying what you are entitled to and they claim the cost back for work you have done. surely they know this. can you not get help from cab or someone? this is so wrong.

hi i am on income support i get free dentist and all my meds . my dentist is great he very caring and understands fibro. when my fibro is playing he just make's me another appointment .all i can say is find another dentist.

Hi Hulya - I understand how frustrated you must feel.

I just wanted to clarify that only certain benefits allow you to qualify for the free things.

I get ESA and DLA yet don't qualify for free prescriptions, sight tests or dentistry. I get prescription pre-payment certificate and pay yearly. I am on 12 meds a day so it is a great saving on the individual costs.

I did get insulation and boiler through warm front - But that may be because I get DLA.

I know that free prescriptions are available if you suffer from certain long-term conditions (a very small list of long-term conditions, Fibro not being one!). My friend is able to work but because she has a thyroid condition (for which she takes one tablet a day) she gets things for free.

I cannot work because of multiple illnesses and side-effects of medications - I will die if I don't take certain of my meds ( no exaggeration). My meds mean I have to have regular eye tests because of the risk of cataracts and glaucoma and I have to pay - yet my working friend gets these things free!

Yet another inequality of the system!
