I am worn out now that i have stopped lol my whole body is just worn out and so i am popping to see my daughter today and thats it i cant do anything else my youngest daughter will take me as dont want to drive and take me to asda to get few bits
last night it all caught up with me i felt so ill i felt sick and then had to rush to the toilet and and i honestly think my whole insides came out (sorry) !!
i was so ill but dfeel a bit better today so think it is just those 5 days saying rest your body now
