Just struggled through a busy week of work after a huge family get together last weekend. Feel completely rung out and can hardly type this blog!! Looking forward to an early night and at least a few hours sleep before we head off to Yorkshire tomorrow. Not looking forward to journey as neck feels like it has been broken at the moment!!!

Hi hope you have a great weekend and not to much pain. I don't like long journeys either. Our eldest son lives a 7-8hr drive away. Try and get as much rest as you can. soft hugs xx
