Hi Terris and welcome if your new,I haven`t seen you before.

When you say they retired you in the first place,do you mean you had letters kike me saying you did not have to send in sick notes anymore, and also my DLA was awarded indefinately.

This has all been puzzling me and I`m interested to see what happens,

Love and hugs Butterfly54 xxxx

Hi I too get Ill heath retirement after an Atos medical. I took my ill heath retirement certificate and medical reports but the doctor didnt even look at them. I was put in the Work Group by the DWP. I asked for a copy of the decision and the doc said I couldnt reasonably be able to work for at least 2 years. I was coming up to retirement age in fact I had my 1st work capability interview at the Job Centre 2 months before I was due to retire, how crazy was that. I would have asked for a reconsideration and then appealed if this hadnt been the case. When you are put in the work group they are not saying you are fit for work and they cant take youre benefit off you until they say youre fit to work.

Good luck with youre medical
