I am typing this whilst sitting on my recliner chair with my lap top perched on my knees.
I have pins and needles in my legs and my shoulders are numb.
I have found that a vegan non-wheat diet has helped me considerably.
A vegan diet means I have given up cheese (the most indigestible food for me) milk and eggs. Non-wheat means I have given up the gluten in bread and pasta and pastry which clogs the blood stream.

Ive been vegan for 20 yrs and im 39 yrs old and been diagnosed with fibro for around a year. I know theres no cure but im a great believer in what you put in your mouth affects ya health in a good or bad way dependent on what you eat. I have done a detox with the juicemaster website...it was the spring clean one and lasted a fortnight...1st week was hard cos you are getting rid of your toxins but 2nd week was fab and i lost 9 pound, felt more positive and became more energetic! all on raw fruit and veg juices....give it a whirl xxx
