Today I managed to get my scooter out and took my dog for a walk! Well she walked. When we got to the beach I was able to park up and gradually make my way across the stones to the groin. Then making my way down the groin I made slow but steady progress down to the waters edge where I played with my dog.
I even laughed at myself for leaving my camera on pause when filming missing the moment a wave crashed over my dogs head! Playing it back later was lovely. I did not know how I would sound, but I was happy, not depressed or grumpy - thats nice.
I only just made it to my scooter though and my poor dog could barely keep up as we went home. Was worth it and we should both sleep well tonight.
I battle all week trying to keep going to work, my back aching every day and today no back pain but even wondered whether I have FM? Go figure. I do this everytime I have a good day! I may have a bad day tomorrow, but whatever, today was good for me.
So I hope everyone reading this has had or has soon a good day.
Soft hugs and smiles

This has made me smile, that's something I think that we all know, though life is so difficult and cruel and barely anyone understands or cares we are still people if anything more determined people who love to enjoy our lives when the relentless pain or fatigue gives in. I went to the pub tonight, with my boyfriend and some friends, though I'm now exhausted, with a bad stomach, it was lovely to laugh and giggle
Sarah-Jane how lovely to read your message! Well done! It made me smile too, you must be so proud of yourself and I am sure your dog was pleased too! It's lovely to read something so inspiring too, so thank you so much! It's nice to read things like this as well as all the problems we face, it shows us all that there are still positive times to be had, we can still enjoy life when we feel we are having a good day! So thrilled for you, I hope you have many more wonderful days!
Well done Cxs957 too! So pleased you raised a glass and had a good time too, make sure you rest now!
