Hi all. I am new to this site, and have been reading past questions and answers, which l found very interesting. In the light of the brain scan studies showing a possible link between FM and reduced blood flow to specific areas of the brain, I'm wondering if anyone has tried using an inversion table. If so, did it help?

I don't think there is any evidence suggesting inversion can help Fibro. And actually, as many people with Fibro have issues with blood pressure control or palpitations (part of the Autonomic Dysfunction of Fibro) then inversions could be risky.
The reduced blood flow to certain parts of the brain is a functional issue within the brain, not a problem with low blood pressure.
