Occupational Pension - Help

I read someone's blog recently and they mentioned that they had been turned down for early payment of Occupational Pension [OC]. They approached an organisation who, after 2.5 years, have managed to get her OP paid. Unfortunately, I forgot to note down the name of that organisation. Can anyone help?
