I am so glad I found this forum and just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the help, advice and support I have received here. I am finding Fibro to be quite isolating. I don’t go out anymore (apart from work) as I am usually just too tired so I don’t see many people. Accordingly I don’t have many friends and those I do have don’t understand what its like to have this illness. I get the usual comments such as ‘But you don’t look ill’ which just make me feel as though I am just lazy and imagining it all.

It means so much to be able to come here and talk to others who do understand and who are going through or have been through the same things.

You all inspire me and I am really grateful for your support - sending thanks and big gentle hugs to all of you xx

Hi Catleigh, lovely blog. It is great to be able to come on here and rant and rave and laugh and cry. Sometimes even those we are closest to and love the most don't understand. My partner loves me more than the world but cannot get their head around fibro! Big hug and stuff back to you. xxx
