stupid day

now i know that my day was going to be tiring the fact i had my godson ... always makes me tired however i seemed to forget ( not sure how ) and walked into town had no car seat so this walk is doable by anyone else in about 10 min and it nearly killed me my hip my arm my body ...

so i took more pain killers and went to bed and that did help a bit but still in pain ...

I will not be this stupid again .
