Feeling better than I have in weeks... for how long.

Isn't it sad that I'm pain free (I think so used to it) and I can breath deeply, this doesn't happen often and it wont fool me again because the moment I decide I can do something I'll take 3 steps and it'll be back, it fools me, trick me into a false sense of security... I can feel it back in my hands, wouldn't it be nice to be free to enjoy the moment but that its overshadowed by the inevitability of the fatigue and pain waiting to jump out at me :-~ Oh well

What a lovely feeling, dont be tempted to rush around and be too mad though which often happens when we feel a bit better. xx
