pain is getting worse

thought i had fibro midley but after today im not sure now i feel like someone is stabbing me in the arm and twisting it have pain in my neck back my hands and wrists are swollen and whenever i move i crack from either both knees and my ankles and if i move a little to fast my neck!

off to drs weds still dont want pain killers but need something for nighttime cant sleep and cant find a comfortable spot to sleep so hopefully shell give me something thaztll work this time
