never fill in the dla form by yourself

got my tribunal hearing in 2 weeks, and i have done this all myself, i didn;t realise to ask cab or anythin like to help me. Spoke to them yesterday and because i never asked them to fill in the original forms in they won't help Arrrhhhhh

That's not very good, is there any other agency locally who can help ? I had a solicitor from the local law centre help me with my incapacity tribunal a couple of years ago and thank God I did .

Is there a welfare support office local to you ? Have a good dig round online if you can and see what's available.

thanks guys, i spoke to a law centre and gave me great advice, if i do fail this hearing i will be applying again and i will deffo get the right help . i am really nervous about it all, i am sure that this does not help my fibro lol

The first time i applied i was refused and had to appeal got awarded for 3 yrs just sent form in to claim again done the form myself and got it awarded the same as b4 good luck on appeal

oh i thoughtthey still may help you not jus ignore you oh well you may get it jus because they have not helped you nort evryone is turned down so think positive you may be ok if not go to them and hopefully that time you will be good luck love diddle x

Have you got a local Unemployed Workers Centre (You do not have to be Employed or Unemployed) I used to work as a Volunteer at my Local Office before being officially diagnosed with FMS They have Welfare Rights and Debt Management Advisors who could help fill in the new ESA/PIP Forms Gentle Hugs to Everyone love to all.xxx
