In oain and Very frustrated... Help appreciated!

Hi... I'm 23 f and I'm a support worker/care assistant

4years ago while at work I was pulled down to the ground by a client, thus caused by back to first hurt

2years ago I had a car accident and suffered with whiplash

I'm now still suffering with pain the my lower back, which is almost unbearable! Sometimes if iv been sitting or laying and I go to get up l, I get a awful sharp stab in my back, which stops me from moving any further. Also just recently I feel that my arms and legs are heavy, sometimes tingly and abit numb, if im sitting or laying i cant get rid of the horrible feeling in my arms and legs so i feel like i need to constantly be moving them around, my hips ache and I'm struggling to sleep.

Iv been taking pain killers, heat compression and iv tried ice packs

Any help would be grateful, Iv been wanting a dr appointment but due to bank holidays I can't get one.

hi you need to write down all your symptons and get in the emergency doc this weekend or on tue get an emergency appointment asap and sit and tell them all your things as i say wrie everything down good luck love diddle x

Get to your doctor asap. It may be something in your back that is causing the aches and pains elsewhere in your body. It needs to be investigated. As most Fibro sufferers will tell you it takes a long time to actually diagnose Fibromyalgia as many things have to be ruled out first. If it is due to the injury in your back then hopefully the doctors will be able to fix it. It is awful when you are in constant pain, and things seem really bleak, but have faith that there will be an answer out there for you.

I to was a support worker i got pulled by a client and ended up with fibro it took a year to be diagnosed i dnt work now dye to this i couldnt prove i got it through work all i know is i didnt have it before good luck to you ask for a referal to a rhumotologist best of luck x
