Breathing in I see myself as a mountain,

Breathing out I feel solid and strong.

Breathing in, makes me calm,

Breathing out, helps me settle.

Breathing in, I feel secure,

Breathing out, I feel grounded,

Breathing in, I feel still and connected,

Breathing out, I reflect all things as they are.

thank you Rach i tend to use alot of relaxation breathing, breathing when i get anxious & breathing through really bad pain too.

I think the breathing exercises are a great help i have even taught my son how to do some breathing exercises for anger management and when hes been upset to calm down. sending (((hugs))) thanks again xx amanda

thats a good thing to do i used to do alot oyf yoga cant do it anymore but i can do that love diddle x

Brilliant try these audio files I have uploaded online they really help me to relax and do not require you to move to much, if at all, healing painful emotions is particularly great, Namaste.
