ive notice more lately that my body keeps twitch especally my legs does anyone else get this at all if so do you know why or is it just a fibro thing

I obviously don't have this. Must be the only thing I don't have!

My legs are so heavy today, it's like dragging lead around, I'm 49 yrs old and feel like 89 yrs. not having a good day, hopefully a better day tomorrow.

Hi lucy my legs feel like i have lead boots on when walking. When i lie in bed they feel like they are sinking in my bed.

Ialways thought it was because i walk quite far through the week, but my little one has been off with sickness bug so i havent left the house since sunday, so it cant be that.

RLS is when your legs feel jump, twitch, jerk, whatever. Mine have a kind of crawling feeling to start with and then the jerking etc starts. I can't keep them still. Not sure if anyone else has the heavy feeling you mention, I'm sure someone will come along and tell you soon Google it and see if you can relate to it at all.

Sue is right hun,mine will start sometimes in my little toe like a tickle then it travels to the base of my spine and Ijerk or kick out,and it just wont stop unless I get up and move around.

I am on Pramipexole for restless legs.

hi sarah i get very twitchy legs ,infact my whole body twitches wen i dont exspect it ,its a really very strange feeling.

Hi Sarah; i have twitching legs when i lye i bed at times i will suddenly jerk upwards this always happens just as i'm about to fall asleep and then it wakes me back up but more recently i have been getting it during the day in my arm. not quite sure what causes it.

I get twitches sometimes all over but yes legs get very hot and jump. Its a similar feeling when you have too much alcohol haha

I have twitching in my face and down my right side,but my legs have to keep moving dont know how to discribe it,i just have to move them,its worse at night.
