Thanks everyone for all the welcomes, I have started taking zivadol which is new on the market, contains vitamin d, zinc and flaxseed oil. Not quite sure what its meant to do yet!

All I seem to get lately are knockbacks, got refused a blue badge, I wanted to cry.

Aww sorry about your blue badge but you can reapply and hopefully will be lucky ,may be worth seeing your Gp and mentioning it to them they may be able to help you with it, glad tablets seem to be working, you take care love to you Diddle x

awww sorry to hear you're fed up. that zivodol sounds interesting. I've heard good things about flaxseed oil.
