Muscle cramps in legs killing me today

Did a wee bit of walking yesterday to take kids to cinema. left them there then went for coffee. Coffee shop was 5 mins away. the pain in my legs incredable. Thought a small walk like that would do me some good but has done the opposite.

am sorry to hear you're in pain today Sasa. I really feel for you cos am in schtuck too today after some walking and moving a bed yesterday.

keep the legs warm and stretched, and use the 20 minute rule if you can, so you don't seize up even more. I up the meds a bit on such days and take things a bit easier.

What is the 20 minute rule. Never heard of it before. Do i get up and walk or do stretches.

Would love to have a long bath but we don't have one. I do have a shower each day so don't worry about the smell. Gonna join the local gym cause they have a jacozy(i know thats not spelt wright, blame the fog) Gonna go tomorrow and lay in it for hours or as long as i am aloud.

Been to gym and really enjoyed the jacuzzi then i used the sauna after that. felt really good after
