Hi,although I belonged to a spa as I lived in Spain and it was cheap to belong, I've now returned to England where it is very expensive, my sister who also suffers from fibro was refered by her GP for 6 sessions of Hydrotherapy on the NHS. It would be interesting to know if anyone has a bath which has a massage function and whether they find this useful, the instillation of which I'm sure would be cheaper than expensive spas.
I go to hydro at the local hospice. they charge £5 for a half hour session per weke which is fine. I find it helps very much too
thank you for that maybe it will help others, worth looking into
