Well i have just managed to drag myself up the stairs get dressed in my joggers and drag myself down again , put on my wrist supports and am now going to attempt to walk the dog to the top of the road and back ( all of 5 mins) so here we go if i not back on here today you know i have fell doemn a drain or something else has happened to me but hopefully i will make it . love to you all and soft hugs diddle xxxx
