Pain in Forehead

Hi, 5 months diagnosed with Fibro. I get pain at both sides of the top part of my forehead. A lot of the time it seems to coincide with dizziness of fibro fog. Just wondering has anyone else suffered with this and what to recommend to do? Thanks

I too get pain around my forehead, usually around the sinus cavities and on the temples. I don't like taking paracetamol on top of my other meds all the time. I have found that rubbing Tiger Balm, the white one, really helps to ease this. Maybe worth you giving this a try. Hope this helps.

As a general rule I always treat a new symptom as a separate issue until proven otherwise. There could be other causes for your symptoms. I would speak to your GP.

Hi Redd 👋

I get the same after few hours at work then have to rest in bed when get home goes down neck to shoulders to finger tips same hips to toes. I tried all I can think of and eventually wake after couple hour with not quite as bad pills not helping. Thanks all the best.
