As you've added "talking", it sounds as if you mean really chatting with people like on the phone? I don't know any forums that offer this. Closest I can think of are online meetings of support groups that would pre-CoV met in real life. I've seen one of these being offered worldwide via zoom not for fibro, but for MCAS, in Arizona, meeting at 1pm their time, which our time means late evening... That shows how unlikely and difficult it is to make that happen....
