Hi there, yes I'm always throwing the blankets off then pulling them back. Drives hubby mad 😂I think mine is hormone related and maybe my BP meducation. Some medication can cause flushing. Not sure how old you are but could you be perimenopause just a thought xx

Hi there, if its every few weeks maybe still hormone related. Is that not the time most woman ovulate mid way between their period. Don't quote me cos im old and past the baby stage lol But I did go through something similar back in the day 🥴

Just check thought I was righ makes a change for me lol

ovulation usually occurs around 10 to 16 days before your period. Would this coincide with you feeling hot for those few days I wonder 🤔

I still produce eggs as I've got my ovaries i don't have periods due to having hysterectomy due to having early stages of cervical cancer

I get it from insomnia. Not sleeping seems to make your internal thermostat go haywire.

Yup nights sweats are a recognised symptom of insomnia, another one of the wonderful side effects of having a crap body!

Yep, same for me since I was about 30. It seems to be related to depression, anxiety, lack of sleep and any medications that I take to try to help those things! It drives me mad as it happens most nights.....even in the middle of winter with the window open! My other half has to have extra blankets as he's freezing!!!

I'm going through the menopause with many, many symptoms (and the fibro) including night sweats and the shivers - yay!!!

Yup, it is like malaria, I can soak the blankets. I put it down to the menopause but I'm a male so male menopause perhaps but most like the Fybropause.
