Has anyone experienced these symptoms

Over the years I have had episodes that involve intense/extreme pain, sometimes felt like squeezing across the top of my back. I all of a sudden sweat profusely (cold sweat), I have nausea and headache and the colour drains from my face. I feel so unwell. The pain will wear off, sometimes it can last for a couple of hours or more. It leaves me sore across my back with muzzy headaches that just won't go. I feel generally unwell with a muzzy head before it happens. I've been up to the hospital with this when it happens and it may not happen for months/years at a time but it has never been explained. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia a few years back and this time that I had one of these episodes they said it was a Fibromyalgia flare-up.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi, yes what you're experiencing is what we call a flare-up - which is a temporary increase in symptoms .

not identical but similar. The current cold wet weather doesnt help. Sometimes I have to do the bare minimum and stay in bed as long as possible. It solves little but when I cannot do much, so be it and it doesnt help to try.

Yes its one of the symptoms that takes turns attacking me you explained the symptoms exactly i fine that when i drink and eat food with electrolytes i feel much better coconut water and spinach is good but anything that has electrolytes try that and it should keep that from happening as much it works for me and plus i try to eat healthier seems to help a lot its not a cure but helps a lot
