Finally understanding Fibromyalgia

Hi my name is Nanette. I have had osteoarthritis since i was 25 and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2001. I also have djupytrens achilles tendonitis and ledderhose. I try to get on with daily life but the pain is insufferable probably because of lack of sleep like all of you. I didnt realise till i read everything on here that i am not a horrible person that its just the pain that gets me down. I like to bake and draw pictures but i am so exhausted i often just dont make the time and sometimes i think that life is just not worth living.

Join the club hunny we are all in this battle together this forum has really helped me and there's a lovely lot of us on here so feel free to vent I was diagnosed in march after year of chronic pain ibs anxiety and insomnia do pace yourself and take each day as it comes unfortunately depression and anxiety come hand in hand with fibro myalgia it's because we're in pain constanley and don't sleep xxxxxx but don't give up xxx
