So sick of this illness. I am so exhausted, went to work feeling ill and it did not let up all day. Got home took hours to find the energy to have a shower. My bulb went in my lamp and it felt like the end of the world (I know it's not). To add to this I'm having to ration my pain killers as I'm waiting for my prescription.
Just sick of feeling ill and trying so hard just to get on with life.

You are not whingeing at all. I had to stop working at 54 as I couldn't cope at all. You are way tougher than you realise holding down a job. Pat yourself on the back. Sending love....
Hi me to I have struggled to work for the past 14 yrs with this horrible illness, 3 full days a week. Due to the covid I lost my job now I am home I wounderd how I did this. Work bed work bed for yrs. I am only 50 and feel 100. I feel like I am living in a locked in body that's wants so much to do things like people without fibro, I take the meds like us all but dont get much help from them. My dr is as useless as a chocolate teapot. Take care.
My GP is useless too. I have a telephone appointment at some point today to ask to be re-referred to Rhuematology again. I just get frustrated because I'm only 24 and I can't do anything. I have slept better last night, mainly because I was dosed up to my eyeballs but still haha. Feel a little better today but still a struggle.
Good luck today with the G.P , I hate the way the meds make me feel , I was also about 27 when mine started . Take it slow today if your having a better day. Take care.
