I'm sceptical about some of these symptoms, but....

i don't sleep

i have lots of aches and pains (in particular if i start to walk)

in fact i have many of the symptoms here but still dismissive.

Hi there and welcome to our group you say your sceptical about your symptoms. I'm presuming you have been diagnosed with Fibro? If you have been diagnosed and had all the blood tests etc to rule other things out. May I ask why you find it hard to except what you've been diagnosed with?

Are you sceptical because there is not a specific test to diagnose Fibromyalgia?

The example I often use if this is the case is migraine. No one doubts migraines are real ... But their diagnosis is based on description of symptoms, and ruling out more serious causes of headaches
