Flash backs xx

Hi guys last night I did not sleep a wink as I've stopped talking zopiclone as I don't want to depend on them I still wake up with them any way ,I get awful dreams and flash backs of my childhood the things that happens are real but for some reason there coming back now ,I've how got to go to work and take girls to school not ideal at all these flash backs are so intense I'm wondering if all this trauma is causing the fibromyalgia not long now till Tuesday I get to see specialist xxx😀

Hi Lauren sorry to hear you are struggling have you tried a bit of meditation before bed this sometimes helps me but not always think it depends on what type of mood you are in.

Hi yes I have but get anxiety while listening my mind races to be honest I think I need a tranquilliser x and maybe a shrink x

I try to stay funny and positive even through the pain mental and physical x

I take zopiclone occasionally I have 3.75mg and sometimes I manage with one broken in half..may be try yourself with half a pill and see how that goes..very deep sleep after poor sleep might be the reason you dream so much,,poor sleep we don't really get started with a dream

I should say it is the rebound effect of stopping the Zopiclone. Hope Tuesday gives you some answers.x

Zopiclone is what they call a hypnotic drug, it’s meant to help you get to sleep but may not keep you there.

Like mirtazapine it has side effects which include vivid, real like dreams that can badly affect some,maybe it’s just of the medication is not right for you. Even though you’ve stopped taking them it still may be in youre system.

Maybe Make a list for when you see the specialist, don’t forget anything that’s important to you, take care 🤗
