Has any one has a pattern with fibro flare ups

Mine flares up bad if I am coming down with a virus or infection or after two days work or over doing it I ace every day but the really bad flare up usually gets worse when I am feeling unwell or over done it x

Mine is all over 24/7 and one hour or less sleep per night due to pain as I have many conditions.

Still been in pain but my chest infection has cleared up keep getting pains in my hands arms lately I have been bit low some days cos of it bit I keep bouncing back how are you

For me, its trying to do too much, such as now, trying to get straight after moving house. Also if I get run down, or get a chest infection. Stress is a major factor, too.

For me it's stress definitely if someone asks me to do something or go somewhere that I wasn't expecting I go into complete meltdown! I get such a feeling of dread and fear xx

Major flares are like yours either overdoing or when I have any type of illness or virus. I think that is why even the common cold knocks us for six.x
