Hi Oldham

I am not certain I have fibromyalgia

Not a club I want to join however I have had shingles and left with insidious Excruciating nerve trigger pain in shoulders

I find CBD capsules must be

Full spectrum or they are not string enough

I also have refractory RSL and my specialist from John Hopkins centre said ingesting works better for THC products as it lasts longer in the body

Hence I thought it may be the same for CBD OIL

I have started 30 mg full spectrum CBD capsules , I take as needed on bad days every for hours It’s says once daily That is not enough

The brand I bought is called DR. formulated .

I live in Australia and bought it in NYC

When at home in Australia I have medical Cannabis spray equal parts THC to CBD it is the best pain relief I use 4 to 5 sprays on the inside of my cheek .

Out of interest I use cbd oil drops under tongue for Asthma attacks and it works every time FOR ME in under a minute .

First time I tried it I had been on prednisone for 3 weeks and was still chronic . I held the CBD under my tongue for a minute or so then swallowed with in a minute a started bringing up huge lumps of phlegm from my lungs into my mouth . I found within 4 hours i was short of breathe again , so I repeated within 2 days no more prednisone and no puffers .

When I stated I struggled to walk and even talk I was so short of breath .

I use cbd oil drops daily keeps my nasal passages clear also .

Normally I am on prednisone every few months . My doctor commented a couple of weeks ago he can’t believe I have not required any .

For anyone reading this - this is my experience - do your own due diligence

I simply added to my medication and then stopped my medication as it worked .

CBD oil is safe it’s the quality that is the problem . Must be full spectrum not watered down so to speak with olive oil etc.

I hope this helps

All the best Kester

Hi Jeep2000; I use the CBD oil all the time. It's my miracle med. I have been in massive amounts of pain. So I talked to my Dr and he put me on the oil. He says I can take it up to 3 times a day with a dosage of .25 in the syringe you get. Well I find I done need it that much. What I do is use as needed and it seems to be working wonderful. I'm so glad I can use it. Hope you have the same success with it if you use it. I know many people who are using it for different pain problems and it helping all of them too. So I would say don't hesitate. But start out slow at first so you know how your going to be.
